Michael B. Morgan, M.D.
Medical Director, Dermatopathologist
Dr. Morgan received his medical degree, his internship in internal medicine, and his residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa. While there, he also served as Chief Resident of pathology. Dr. Morgan completed his fellowship in dermatopathology and a second residency in dermatology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City.
For more than two decades, Dr. Morgan has served in positions of academic leadership, in pathology and dermatology, at colleges and universities including the University of Florida, the University of South Florida, Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Michigan State University. Dr. Morgan is a professor of pathology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine and a professor of dermatology at Michigan State University College of Medicine. He has lectured extensively at national and international conferences, and served as Editor in Chief for Cutaneous Medicine.
Dr. Morgan is also a regular contributor and editor to peer-reviewed scientific journals. He has authored or co-authored more than two hundred articles and has published five books on the subject of dermatology. Dr. Morgan continues to lead or co-lead investigative teams for numerous grant-supported pathology research studies.
In 2023, Dr. Morgan was selected as a recipient of the American Academy of Dermatology’s Presidential Citation in recognition of his dedication and leadership in the field.

Patricia Moody, M.D.
Dermatopathologist
Dr. Moody is an experienced dermatopathologist with several years of diagnosing complex inflammatory diseases and unusual malignancies. She completed her Dermatopathology fellowship training at UTMB, Galveston Texas and also a surgical pathology fellowship at Moffitt cancer center in Tampa. Dr. Moody has been serving many dermatology practices both locally and internationally, and has developed a solid reputation for excellent quality and service.
She has given several lectures and is actively involved with meeting and updating dermatologists with the newest and latest changes in Dermatopathology. Dr. Moody has several printed manuscripts related to dermatology via research. Dr. Moody also has experience in gynecological, genitourinary, breast, and gastrointestinal as well.
